Studio Pilates is a targeted workout with powerful cross-training benefits. The focus is on strength, mobility, endurance, body alignment and breath control, building strength without bulk to create a sleek and toned body.
Studio Pilates classes are all about variety, using the different pieces of Pilates equipment means you can achieve so much more from each class you attend. The classes are a great way to improve your flexibility, become fitter and to promote better posture and ease of movement. Each fully supervised Studio Pilates class will help you get stronger, improve your flexibility and be less prone to injury and back pain.
