WHO IS STUDIO CLUB FOR?
Studio Club classes are suitable for everyone. Regardless of your age or condition, we adapt the exercises to suit you. Whether you are a cyclist or runner looking to perform better or are rehabilitating following an injury, Studio Club will help you recover and perform better. Consider Studio Club if you’re experiencing persistent back, neck or shoulder pain. Also ideal if you’re coming back from injury, or you want to improve your posture, physique and/or performance with more variety and personal expert attention. Studio Club is also an ideal and safe form of exercise if you are pregnant.
WHAT IS STUDIO CLUB?
Studio Club is a unique group Pilates experience which uses all the Pilates equipment. With only four in a class you have all the benefits of being in a small group environment but everyone has their own individual programme which is tailored specifically to their needs. It is a perfect balance between private Pilates and group sessions as the instructor will initially plan an exercise programme especially for you, and then be on hand during the classes you attend to set the exercises up for you and to assist you during the sessions.
It is ideal for people that want to go at their own pace and also like working in a group environment for a much reduced cost than having individual 1-1 sessions. You start with an initial one to one session to assess your needs and the instructor will then plan a tailor made programme for you. This programme is continually reviewed and updated to reflect your progress.

To keep things personal, each Studio Club class has a maximum of 4 participants. Studio Pilates classes start from £24 with a multi class pass. To join the Studio Club, begin with the £99 Starter Package which includes your initial one-to-one assessment, and two classes.
WHY STUDIO CLUB AT MOSS PILATES?
The small group environment feels more like a private training session, with a Polestar Pilates teacher there to supervise and modify your movements for maximum benefit. Our Studio Club classes provide you with a mind-body experience that will dramatically change the way your body looks and feels. And you get to work out with the full Pilates apparatus at a fraction of the cost of a private session. At Moss Pilates we focus on form – quality rather than quantity. Exercises are performed in a rhythmic way with an emphasis on breath and good body alignment that will help to give you better body awareness.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW FOR MY STUDIO CLUB CLASS?
First and foremost you should know that you’re going to love it! During the class you will have the opportunity to exercise on all of the studio equipment under the guidance of one of our experienced Pilates teachers. No previous Pilates experience is necessary. You will be shown how to do each exercise which can be modified to make the experience either easier or more challenging depending upon your individual goals.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO STUDIO CLUB CLASSES?
The best thing to wear to Pilates classes is what you makes you feel comfortable and allows you to move freely. Most of our clients wear leggings or shorts with a t-shirt. One thing you won’t need is shoes. Pilates classes happen in socks or bare feet, whichever you prefer. We have male and female changing rooms with water fountains available.
